i want to use a picture i have and make a card and print it out what site can i do this on

You can do this your self becuase I think that sites that offer cards only do this with THEIR art. So alls you have to do is look at the page and imagine it in equal halves. Then, place your picture somewhere in the middle of one of those halves. When you go to print it, make sure you print it as a Landscape. THen just fold the paper in half and you've got yourself a card. If you want real card paper, you can go somewhere that sells stationery and print the image out on that, instead.
