Where can i find a happy birthday card that is free and printable?
dover.com. They must have over a hundred different E-cards that you can pick from..all different; art, labels, holiday, birthday. And the best part is they're free and printable. I joined the Dover Sampler club which means every month they send you free clip art from some of their books. It's free and you'll go crazy with the selection. I drool over their CD clip art. I like it. It can be a bit difficult to get use to, but its free!
Or- you can buy a program for about 20 bucks at your local office supply.
