i will go to china ,shenzhen but i need to have hotel reservation to apply for china visa. i need a confirmation that is printable but i want a hotel that accept cancellation without penalty cause maybe i do not travel.or visa not accepted for any reason!! i have visa card,, i appreciate any help ,thanks

This is not possible,as it amounts to unfair practice.You must pay a penalty for cancellation.
